Let's Talk Food

Well, I was in KL couple of weeks back & was having dinner in a Viet restaurant called "Sao Nam". The owner of the restaurant recommended this unique dish called the "mangosteen salad". It's a form of appetizer comprised of mangosteen, fresh water prawns, lime & honey juices topped with sprinkles of peanuts & sesame. Not to forget that it has to go together with the homemade prawn crackers. The taste is kinda refreshing, with a mixture of sweetness & a bit of soury. Overall I'll give it a 7 out of 10.

I've also tried out on their beef noodle however, I still find the one at "Vietnam Kitchen" the best.

To those of you who wish to try out on this Viet restaurant which serves fine dining cuisines, it's located at the basement floor of the new Empire Shopping Gallery in Subang Jaya.
